Howard Levy: diatonic harmonica in A
Willy Schwarz: mrdngam

In Dec. 1990, I booked Sparrow Sound Design for several days to record duets with some of my favorite Chicago musicians. Back then, I played a lot with Willy Schwarz, now residing in Bremen, Germany. He is an expert accordionist and composer, and is fluent on many Indian instruments, including veena, tabla, and mrdngam. This was an entirely improvised duet. "Raila" is an Indian hand percussion technique that imitates the sound of a fast train, and I also played some train imitation passages on harmonica.
